I’ve been having issues for months now. Really since Google took over.
I have a Fitbit Charge 4 that worked flawlessly for years. When the issue started I migrated my account to Google as recommended. No change. Still stops syncing for long periods.
Took over my husband’s Charge 5 since he wasn’t using it.
Same sync issues. Might go a few days then not sync for days to weeks. Usually I get my data for the missed days back once it syncs but not this time. I have a gap from July 21st to today.
I generally access the app for historical and trending data and just check the stats on the device daily.
The only thing I haven’t done is remove and reinstall the app. I’m on version 4.22 on IOS 16.7.8 so everything is up to date.
Any ideas?
