I think it would be useful to track Cardio Fitness level history, rather than just the current level.

While you are at it, making suggestions that I lose more weight to boost my Cardio Fitness seems ridiculous. I am 5'8" and 150lb, losing more weight is not a good plan for me. It should take into account my current size/weight and not make unhealthy recommendations.

I found a feature suggestion that seems to match your idea. If you'd like to add your vote you can find it here:

Hello @Boost01, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around. It's great to see you too @SteveH, thanks for all your help. Smiley Happy

@Boost01, please note that your cardio fitness score is determined by your resting heart rate, age, sex, weight, and other personal information. For best results, make sure your weight is correct in your Fitbit profile and update it if it has changed. Also, wear your tracker or watch to sleep for a better resting heart rate estimate.

Now, as @SteveH mentioned, you can check @Kelly5342's suggested idea and add your vote and comment, this is the best way to make your voice heard.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

I really wish I had screenshot mine from a few months ago to compare 😞 surprised this isn't a feature!
