When your Fitbit vibrates you should be able to flip your wrist to see the notification even if tilt to wake is off just like with a smart watch.

Hi @PheonixBunny78. It's always great to see you around! I'm sorry for my delayed response.

 

Thanks for letting me know that your device vibrates but it doesn't turn on when receiving a notification. Let me share that with the Fitbit OS 3.0 for the Versa and Ionic your notifications will automatically wake your device, even if the screen wake setting is off. To work on this together, please provide me with the model of your Fitbit device and verify that the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. Also, make sure the notifications on your device and the Fitbit app.
