In 3 Challenges but limit reached???

I am in only 3 active challenges. All old challenges have completed syncing. Yet I cannot start any new challenges because it says my limit has been reached. What gives? The limit of 10 was too low in the first place, but why can I only start/enter 3 now? I have already tried restarting my phone, and deleting and reinstalling the app.

I’m having the same issue. Been 3 weeks now.  I purposefully let all my challenges expire, and have not accepted any new ones. So I’m on ZERO active challenges at the moment. I tried creating a challenge and says I’ve reaches max challenges and can’t create!!! This is been too long. I’m getting very discouraged. I paid way to much for my versa to not enjoy it to the fullest
