Is there a update to fix this glitch? Every thing is turned on, it has worked in the past. The last ride I went on, no map, no speed, no miles. It did however show me that I was a poor rider as far as effort went.

Hello @SSSlim, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
This seems like a very odd situation, is this the first time you've experienced this situation? Which tracker are you currently using?
In this case I would like to suggest you to restart your tracker, then start a new biking activity. If your tracker uses connected GPS, please check that the signal is not dropping if you're biking on a place surrounded by trees or buildings. Additionally, please check the following settings on your iPhone:
1. Make sure your device can track your activity when you're out of wi-fi range. To do so, tap Settings > Cellular and make sure Cellular Data is on.
2. Make sure the app can track GPS when your device is locked. To do so, tap Settings > General > Background App Refresh and make sure it's on for both the phone and Fitbit specifically.
3. Make sure your device is able to identify your location. To do so, tap Settings > Privacy > Location Services and make sure it's on for both the phone and Fitbit specifically.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

I have a Charge 2 . "Outdoor bike " is usually recognized after 10 minutes or so . Previously , I would get info like Steps , map etc
The last 2 weeks however , I only get time and calories . Please let me know how I can get all the other info .
