Overstated exercise calories with MyFitnessPal integration

For about a week the exercise calories in myFitnessPal are significantly overstated based on the exercise recorded on the Fitbit. MyFitnessPal have responded to a query stating Fitbit awe aware of this incident but as yet there is no apparent fixed. Please advise. /
