Hello @spaolo and welcome to the Help forum.  Fitbit calls the oximeter feature your Estimated Oxygen Variation (EOV).  This feature is active only  when you are sleeping and isn't a 24/7 measurement.  You find your EOV in your sleep details.  If you aren't a Premium member, you tap on your Sleep tile > tap on a day to go to the details with your Sleep Stages and scroll to the bottom of the page and it is there.  If you are a Premium member, you tap on the Restoration tile in your sleep details.  Your EOV graph is there.

@spaolo   If you are aren't a premium member, go to a day's sleep details where you see your sleep stages.  Just below that are bar graphs with the time spent in each sleep stage.  The EOV graph is below that.  This article has some good images of where to find it and what is looks like.

Note, you must have sleep stages to get the EOV graph.  Fitbits that can't track EOV show a blank, empty graph.

Can you please post a screenshot if your app doesn't have the graph below the time spent in each sleep stage?
