Paid for premium but still on standard membership

Hi, I’ve been on premium for a while but it recently disappeared and now I just have the standard app. I tried subscribing again and it says I’m already subscribed. I tried restoring purchases but it did nothing. 
Any ideas?

@HelenaWard ! Nice to see you on the Community! Thank you for your report and efforts. 

Please on the Fitbit app, go to your profile picture>Account settings>Change Email. 

Make sure that the email (Account) is the right one. 

It happens a lot of times, that when logg in into the app one makes a mistake and that's why Premium is not recognized. 

If your address is right, you might contact our Support team, as some personal data might need to be verified.
