Hello @Raja_007, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board!
If you paired your Charge 2 in your account but on a different mobile device, you can always open the Fitbit app on your phone and your tracker will already be there and should sync correctly. You can also go to the Bluetooth settings on the other phone and check if Charge 2 is on the list of paired devices. If it is, simply tap on it and select Forget this Device. That way, the Bluetooth link can be established with your phone.
If you paired your Charge 2 in a different account, you can set it up as a new device in your account in your phone, that will automatically remove it from the other account. To set up your tracker as a new device:
- Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
I hope this can be helpful, please give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
