I have a new iPhone 11 and have tried all day to pair it with my Alta HR.
I have tried absolutely everything - deleted app from my old phone, downloaded the app again from the App Store about 5 times to my new phone, switched my phone off and on again countless times and restarted my Alta a few times.
I’m running out of patience. Can anybody help me please?

Try pairing it with the WiFi on your iPhone turned off. That worked for me.
