Pairing Bluetooth

I just got my Alta today and have it all set up but am having a difficult time pairing the Bluetooth on my iPhone 6. I had it paired at one time and now it isn't pairing. I would love to get text notifications. I've turned off Bluetooth on my phone and turned it on and off to reset. No go. Any advice?

I'm having the same problem. Worked fine for two days, now will not pair with my iPhone 6s no matter what I do.

It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community @BonbonWC @AEngel @Lesley26

Let me help you out, if you're experiencing syncing issues follow the troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on, and then open the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and open it again.
  3. Reboot your mobile device and then open the Fitbit app again.
  4. Restart your tracker, make sure to follow the instructions that @CindyFitbit shared.
  5. Try syncing with a computer instead. If you use the notifications feature, first see Why is my tracker only syncing with one mobile device?
  6. If you're still unable to sync, contact Customer Support so they can review your device history and tell you the options.

Hope it helps!
