I have a Charge HR and am trying to add a Blaze to my accout via my iphone 6s and its not linking it. It just keeps saying "loading" and is stuck on that page of the app.
How do I add the Blaze?
I can't use my compuer because I tried that and it wont even recognize the device and the icon doesnt show up in the toolbar.
Can you please walk me through adding my Blaze to my Charge HR account?

Let me help you out, try doing the restart 2 or 3 times make sure to follow the instructions that @SunsetRunner shared, you tracker should work properly after doing this.

@SunsetRunner Have you tried reinstalling the Fitbit app? (Or make sure you have the most recent version)

Thanks for replying back @SunsetRunner, you can try what @Kmransom123 mentioned and also you can try with a computer instead, if the issue persists I suggest contacting the Support Team so they can review your options.
