Pairing Charge 3 with both iPad and iPhone

Hi, hoping someone can help, I’ve managed to pair my charge 3 with my iPhone but having difficulty pairing with my iPad. When I go to switch Sync all day on it says looking for Device but it never finds it. Charge 3 is on and in range, Bluetooth  is on. 🤷🏻‍:female_sign:

Hello @SueHB and a warm welcome.  If you set your iPhone to receive notifications from your Charge 3, then there is a tight Bluetooth bond between the Charge 3 and the iPhone.  Notifications need to be OFF to sync between different devices.
