Pairing Flex with iPhone

I had to restore my iPhone yesterday and now I can't figure out how to re-pair my Fitbit Flex with my phone!  Can anyone please tell me how to do it?  All my info is still in the app, but I can't pair the Flex.

Install the fitbit app. Log into your Fitbit app. 

The app will now ask for some permissions, please approve these. 

You should now be setup.
