Can't seem to figure out how to pair my charge to my iPhone 4s

Hello @Earlenehan, Its nice to have you here in the Fitbit Community as a new member! It's been a few days since you posted here, so I wonder if you were able to pair your tracker.

 

In case the issue persists and If you need additional help to pair your tracker with your phone, here is what you need to know:

 

  1. Make sure the Fitbit app is compatible with your mobile device by checking http://www.fitbit.com/devices.
  2. Download the Fitbit app from the Apple App Store.

When the app is installed, open it and tap Join Fitbit to get started. You’ll be guided through the process of creating a Fitbit account and connecting (“pairing”) your tracker to your mobile device.
