Hi. Please can anyone help?! This is driving me mad!!! I’ve been in live chat for 45 minutes and I’m going round in circles. I tried to swap my account to g mail as it’s currently linked to my Hotmail. It swapped me to my daughter’s profile and now I can’t get out. When I chatted to Fitbit they asked me to verify my account but it wasn’t showing anything. I think because they are using a g mail address and it’s still linked to Hotmail. I don’t want to delete my account as I dk t even know my username to get back in and I will lose years worth of data.
