Partial synch

My fit bit is syncing my steps to my iPhone but my iPhone shows that the battery is half drained while the actual fit bit zip shows a full battery. I have closed the Fitbit app and reopened the app and tried syncing again but that didn't resolve it. I have tried turning off my iPhone and then restarting it but it still shows low battery on my iPhone while the zip doesn't.

Welcome to the forums @debleo

Try restarting your Zip by removing the battery for a minute. It can't hurt to turn off bluetooth, too. Then put the Zip back together and turn on bluetooth and sync.

Thanks, I did this and the battery level went from medium to low, so even
though I had installed a new battery less than 2 months ago, I just
replaced the battery. I'll keep an eye on it to see if it starts doing
something similar.

@debleo it's probably best to change the battery and keep a spare on hand, too.
