Past exercise not displaying reliably

On the exercise page, data from more than a couple of weeks ago does not reliably load for me, so that I look at the 'Distance' graph for example and there are many missing entries. The exercise entries are not missing, if I scroll down to those days the exercise entries are still there, they are just not displaying on the graphs at the top. I have noticed if I scroll down to the exercise entries then return to the top the data for those days will now display on the graphs, but only for a few seconds before disappearing again.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @chris-self.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're experiencing with viewing your previous data on the exercise page. Thank you for providing the additional details, I am here to help. Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app. Please make sure you have downloaded the new version by following these instructions. I also recommend doing the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I have tried these steps a couple of times and they do not fix the problem.

Best,

Chris
