Persistent Bluetooth connection

Prior to the last update my Charge HR would release the Bluetooth connection whenever I closed the application on my iPhone, since the update the connection to the phone remains active whether the application is open or not. Is this the expected behavior?

@JDM-2 This is expected behavior. The Bluetooth bond between your Charge HR and iOS device is used for features like call notifications and being able to see live data in the iOS App.
