My personal best has significantly decreased in the app. I can still see my true high on-line but what others see on the app is now wrong. How do I get this corrected?

@Tom50 A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your personal best data. This is odd. Could you share a screenshot of what you see on the app and on the website? Can any of your Fitbit friends share what they see from their side? Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

Same thing is happening to me.  I have opened a case with Fitbit but yet to have a solution.  I have also noticed my friend’s personal bests decreasing.  Mine are being overwritten by the results of my most recent challenge
