I saw that there is option to set custom HR zone from heart rate tile menu now. However when try to type new numbers in it keeps resetting both to zero.

That has been broken for a while now and FitBit is aware - - - but there is a workaround.

You need to change it in the Settings page in the Web Dashboard, save the change and sync your device. Of about a dozen people that I personally know have tried that when I recommended it, only one individual could not get it to take. One person had to log out of the app and back in for it to take.

Good luck and welcome to the boards.

Has anyone else had even this reset after this workaround has been in use for a while? Mine was working after I set it online for a few weeks but just reset the other day again. Seriously, so they plan on fixing this??

If you are speaking to the workaround I posted, then yes, I have had it reset three times in the past month.

I have no clue what type of job is run on the FitBit servers to blank out custom Max HR values or if it affects others when I hits me, but I can say it hasn't hit me in over a week and I just checked while typing this paragraph.

Good luck and welcome to the boards.
