Phone Rings on FitBit Blaze long after phone call is answered

This issue has been going on since iPhone upgraded to version 13 I believe.  Incoming phone calls ring on FitBit long after call is answered on the phone.  Also, outgoing phone calls also ring on FitBit and indicate they are incoming calls.  This is very annoying.  I thought it would have been resolved in an update by now.  Anyone else having this issue?  Any way to resolve it?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Mckmike. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing with call notifications on your Fitbit Blaze. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help you. I recommend doing the following:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Reset Bluetooth (turn off, wait 10 seconds, turn on and sync your device).
  3. Restart your Blaze by following the instructions in How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  4. Reset system notifications

    1. On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth.
    2. Tap the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device.
    3. Turn Share System Notifications Off and then back On. If you don't see the Share System Notifications option:

    - Restart your Fitbit device.
    - Tap Allow when you receive a message on your iPhone or iPad asking if you want your Fitbit device to show notifications.
    - Tap the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device
    - Turn on Share System Notifications.
  5. Refresh Notifications.
    1. Tap the Today tab and tap your profile picture.
    2. Tap Notifications.
    3. Turn off all notifications
    4. Restart your phone.
    5. Open the Fitbit app and turn notifications back on, sync your device.
  6. Set up Notifications again.
    1. On your phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth and find your Fitbit device in the list.
    2. Find an option to forget the device.
    1. Tell your phone to "forget" your device, removing the connection between the phone and the Fitbit device.
    2. Open the Fitbit app and set up notifications again and sync your tracker.

Keep me posted on the outcome!
