Today I brought a brand new Fitbit Charge 3 and no notifications are coming through I was wondering if someone would help to see if they know why.
I have checked my setting in the app and on my phone but I can’t find out why it’s happening. Any help would be great appreciated

I have an iPhone 8 Plus and it’s all updated so it should be compatible with the device

I've moved this to the iOS area of the forums for more relevant responses. Many iOS users are saying that you need to have Preview on in order to get those notifications.
