Phone app not syncing with dashboard

I have updated my dashboard (via a PC) to make the plan intensity easier so my daily calorie deficit needs to be 250 instead of 500. However when i check the app on my phone it still seems to be set to medium intensity as the defecit remains at 500.

 

Help anyone?
