Phone app not syncing

My fit but is fully charged and recording data. The app on my phone is not syncing and shows the fit bit battery as dead.

The battery display should sort itself out when it starts syncing again as it can only update the battery status when it connects.

 

To try and get syncing going again I would suggest restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Give this a few tries as it sometimes doesn't work. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more things to try in this help file:
