Phone does not show steps or sleep for Charge 3

Yesterday I went to bed and the app connected to my Charge 3 showed both steps and sleep.  This morning I woke up and neither shows up.  The app appears only allows these options to appear with a FitBit that tracks heart rate, which the Charge 3 does. How do I get these both back on the app?

Let me help you with your missing information on your Fitbit app. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also check that the tiles aren't hidden.
