Hello @Katlace49, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board.

Are you trying to set up a Fitbit tracker with your phone or are you trying to set up MobileTrack? If you're trying to set up a tracker, please remember that these do not pair directly through the Bluetooth on your phone but through the Fitbit app. If you're having trouble setting a tracker up, I would like to suggest the following:

  1. Restart your tracker
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Turn off Bluetooth for 15 seconds and turn it back on.
  4. Plug in your tracker and make sure it's charging during the set up process.
  5. Make sure there aren't any other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere.
  6. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  7. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue

If you're having trouble setting up MobileTrack, please reply to me with a screenshot of what you're able to see, including error messages in case you're getting any.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Happy
