Phones been wiped and now Fitbit won't connect! :(

Today I had my phone wiped by Apple, and I just presumed I could simply download the Fitbit app from the AppStore and reconnect my Fitbit on the Bluetooth. Instead it won't connect and Bluetooth won't even find the Fitbit.

I've had a look on other threads and it seems my Fitbit is still connected to my 'old' phone before it was wiped, and won't connect to it now that it's been restored.

How can I get round this? Should I restart the Fitbit? 😭 Please help

Hi @LRRfit and welcome to the Community! I'd recommend the following:

1. Re-download the Fitbit iOS App, forget the Bluetooth bond in your iOS settings with your tracker if there is one, and restart your iOS device.
2. Restart your tracker.

3. Log into the Fitbit App using the email address associated with your Fitbit account.
4. Your tracker should still be paired to your account, syncing your tracker does not require a Bluetooth bond.
5. What does require a Bluetooth bond is receiving notifications and the ability to see live data in the App. You should see a prompt to pair your tracker to your iOS device when you open the Fitbit App.

This should get you back on track, but let me know if you need any additional help!
