Hi @G3MLD, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Based on the information that was shared in your post, I assume that you're talking about the Fitbit app or the Fitbit.com dashboard and not your Charge 2, am I correct? The pink dot you're talking about is when you have a pending notification to be check, therefore, can you please specify if you're using the Fitbit app or Fitbit.com dashboard so we can move forward? If you're using a phone, which operating system?

Looking forward to your reply.

Hiya,
Thank you for taking the time to respond. The pink dot is on my iPhone Fitbit app. I have logged out and back in and checked for updates, there is no notifications or messages in my mailbox but the dot remains in the corner.

Regards
Michelle

@G3MLD (aka Michelle) -

Did you try pressing on the dot?

When I do, it brings up a new screen with two tabs - "Messages" and "Notifications".

Select each of the tabs to see if there is anything new.

Press on the "X" in the upper lefthand corner to exit the screen and return to the "Today" screen.

I hope this is what you need.

Welcome to the boards.
