Since updating to iOS 10.2 my Charge 2 has had trouble syncing/pairing with my phone via Bluetooth. To make it work I've done a combination of things and one of them usually temporarily helps. (I've don't a soft rest on the phone, turned Bluetooth on and off, uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app, removed the Charge 2 from my Fitbit account and added it as a new device). Not the app can't even find my Charge 2 to set up as a new device. Many people are having this issue. Please develop a fix. Thank you!
