HI everyone,

 

I've been given a used Fitbit charge, but the person has moved abroad.

 

I am trying desperately to link the watch with my Iphone. I have been trying to research help but I am a little bit at a dead end now.

 

When trying to sync my Iphone and the watch the diamond signal will not appear when the watch is not on charge (normal), I have been researching and people have recommended trying to hold the button for 3 seconds whist on charge. This works and the diamond signal appears and the watch flashes green at the back.

 

After this point I am stuck, is comes up with 3 options on my phone saying not working... but nothing will link them. I have checked that my Bluetooth is on and have tried turning it on and off.

 

I would be so grateful for any help!

I have a similar problem with my charge! It won't pair with my iPhone (pressing the button won't work and connecting with USB also doesn't work).

I'll follow your topic, maybe I can find the solution
