Hello Fitbit Community,
I bought the Fitbit Charge from a friend because he isn't using it.
I set it back to factory settings, downloaded the app, and tried to pair it with my iPhone 5.
But for some reason, my iphone can't find the watch! ( both the 3 sec. press and USB doesn't work)
I already updated my iPhone to the newest iOs, restarted it, and turned Bluetooth on and off. At first , thought it was my iPhone, but my other friends Huawei device also can't find the Fitbit.
The friend I bought it from just came to have a look. He deleted the fitbit app (unpaired the fitbit from his account) and try to pair it again with the app on his phone (Samsung Edge) and it worked fine with the 3sec press!
Why isn't it working on my iPhone!?

My friend got the fitbit as a gift for Christmas and hasnt really used it since. He doesn't have a receipt so I cant return it at the store
