I received a replacement Charge HR, I deleted the old HR from my iphone 6s and I cant get the new HR to sync up. The code shows up on the HR and after I type it into the phone it just says that the sync was unsuccessful. Even after multiple tries and different codes it still fails to connect. I don't care about losing any previous data really, I just want the two to get connected so that I can start logging again. Is there some type of reset that I can do with the app or with the HR?
