Posts keep disappearing from Community Feed groups

Hello, I just recently re installed the Fitbit app because I just purchased an inspire 2, anyways..I went to the community section in the app, joined a couple groups, I post and then after 3 min my post disappears, why? Is there a setting I’m missing ? Thank you

I cheer post ,then they go away after a couple of minutes, I am wondering if there is a security feature, and we can't do anything until we get our devices...Tech people please help!!

Thanks for joining this thread and your efforts while working on this matter. I'm sorry you're having this experience and just to confirm, may I know since when this started happening? What is the model of your phone? Also, do you have the Fitbit app updated to the latest version?

I understand you've tried some steps, but please give a try to the following in the given order:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  4. Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Tap the Community tab at the bottom and try posting one more time to see how it goes

I have an iPhone 13 and I have the most recent update for both my phone and app. I downloaded the app a few weeks ago and have had the issue the entire time.

Hi, I am unable to see my posts on the app when I go to my community profile, I only see the badges that I shared but not the other posts I have made, it says posts and under are my badges that I have shared but not the other posts I have made, why can I only see my badges that I have shared and not the rest?

This is still happening for me. I have tried the suggestions of logging out and rebooting, but that does not work. I’m using an iPhone SE2020, but I get the same issue even when logging into the android app on a different phone. The post appears in the community feed for about three minutes, and then disappears. The post never appears on my profile page. Very frustrating.
