I renewed my premium account and paid for the year, yet my access has disappeared. Apple and Fitbit can’t seem to sort out who should be responsible. Has anyone else had this issue and been able to resolve it?

Yes. I am having this same problem.  They’re opening up a case but right now I have been charged for a year (expires March 2022) but can’t access premium

I would rather they FIX what is broken before bragging about adding new features - I just got the email about glucose tracking. I am not saying that this is not an important health factor but why add something when the features that were already out there are not working?
