Pressing the sleep button to view sleep patterns freezes the app and screen. Yes I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Works for a few times then does same thing. Only has happened when updating to iOS 13

Hi @Rob_c76. Welcome on board.

Thanks for letting me know about the Fitbit app's behavior. You did a good job in reinstalling the Fitbit app, and let's work on this together. Just to confirm, did this start to happen after the first iOS 13 version? Or was it after the latest version (13.2.3)? Although you've tried some steps, please give a try to the following:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on edit at the upper right corner.
  2. Under Manage Today Items, tap the red minus icon next to sleep to remove it. Make sure to tap on Save.
  3. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  4. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, log back in and tap on Discover at the bottom.
  6. Tap on Health and Wellness Stats > Sleep > Add to Today.
  7. Try tapping on sleep tile to check your details.

Let me know how it goes.
