After an attempt to update Fitbit, the app doesn't appear on the screen.
Just flashes and disappear almost immediately.
Tried to restart Fitbit and iPhone but the problem still there.

Have you tried removing, then reinstalling the app?

Hi @Vladimiruno,
I'd recommend making sure that your iOS device has a strong internet connection using either WiFi or mobile data, force close the App, and then restart the App.
You can force close the App by: rapidly double tapping the iOS home button > left swipe until you see a preview of the Fitbit App > and then swipe up on the preview to close.
Keep me posted if you need any additional assistance!
Hi Derrick,
Thanks for suggestion.I tried to manage it this way many times too.
The result is the same - the app appears for a seconf and then disappears again without fixing on the screen.
Will try to follow Odyssey13 suggestion and remove then reinstall the app.
The only question I have is about data log -
Will it remain and appear (all previous performance log) on the newly reinstalled app?
Thanks in advance
V.
Best Answer@Vladimiruno the data is kept on the Fitbit servers and removing and reinstalling the app won't remove the data. I've done it before and it remained.
