I updated the Fitbit App on my iPhone on April 23rd, ever since the app won't connect to my versa. I keep getting the message "no device found", my versa is fully charged and also plugged in to the computer. I went through the steps that are listed on the fitbit website for troubleshooting when syncing your fitbit device; disconnecting and reconnecting my bluetooth, force quitting and restarting the app, restarting the fitbit using the 2 side buttons, and it still wouldn't find my versa. I decided to "forget this device" from the fitbit app and my bluetooth settings on my phone, and still nothing. The next day I was able to finally find the device by setting up my versa through the fitbit dashboard online instead of through the app, as if it were a brand new device. However once I did that and updated the firmware on my device to 32.70.727 the app stopped showing all of my heart rate data, and had actually removed the active minutes, steps climbed, calories burned, heart rate info, essentially all of the data that is usually at the top of the today screen in the app. Also bizarre, my dashboard online shows the activity I did since updating the app on April 23rd, but shows zero heart rate data which is a bit frustrating as that's the feature I use the most.
Can someone please help me fix this so the watch and app start syncing again, as well as reading my heart rate data?
Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to me @LiliyaFitbit - I appreciate it!
I had unpaired my device after trying all possible troubleshooting info I could find regarding syncing my device (force quitting the app/turning off my bluetooth/restarting the versa) - it wasn't until the day after I had done that that I was able to re-pair my watch with the app. However, within less than an hour my watch stopped syncing again and was unable to be found by the app despite trying all the syncing troubleshooting tips again after having re-paired. I tried to do the same thing I had done before by unpairing my device and hoping I could reconnect but I have been unable to repair my device with the app.
When I go through the steps to pair my device I keep getting the message "no device found" despite the fact that my versa is fully charged and plugged into the USB port on my laptop.
Any ideas? I haven't had a single problem like this in the 2 years I've had this Versa, it's only started since I updated the app on my iPhone on the 23rd last week.
Thank you!

Update: after trying a few more times I have finally been able to pair my device again - woohoo!
@LiliyaFitbit - Can you provide clarification as to why the app shows my exercise history since April 23rd (when I updated the app), but doesn't show any of the heart rate data? My watch also shows that I have active minutes since the 23rd, but the app shows zero active minutes.
Thank you!
