I bought a new fitbit. having followed several unboxing video online, i was able to sync the watch and app on my phone but the watch doesn't show time or anything. it remains on the page where it keeps instructing me to download the application in several languages.
How do i resolve this.

Hi, @Ib_Xavier , if you are still seeing that, it sounds like your Fitbit has not set up.
I would suggest going back to the app on your phone and choose the + sign to set up a device. Choose your Fitbit from the list. If it says you already have one of that type of Fitbit, do you want to replace it, say ‘yes’ and follow the screen for further instructions.
Hopefully this time it will set up properly. Let us know if you need further help, please mentioning which Fitbit you are trying to set up and how far you get in the process.
