Screen appears to be corrupted

The face of my watch is lighter and has lines going through it. The app is up to date with regards to updates. 

any advice on this? Watch is linked to iPhone X.

 

it was working perfectly before this, switched it on and it looks terrible!

I would try the restarting procedure for your Charge 3 a few times. If you don’t notice an improvement I would suggest calling Fitbit Customer Service. You can find ways to contact them here: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs&co=GB

Thank you for coming to the community with your question. I understand your Fitbit tracker is having an issue. I would suggest restarting your Fitbit tracker. Thanks for the advice. It’s the charge3. Tried the whole reset 8-15 seconds and no prevail! 😞

Hey, 

 

thanks for reaching out to help. The Fitbit customer service are checking out the warranty as we speak. I don’t think it’s going to be fixed via me, I’ve restarted it so many times!
I hope it’s fixed soon, I’m gutted 😞
