I have a Charge4 and iPhone 

 

I know I have contacts, friends and Facebook friends that have Fitbits.  We have been trying to connect but despite trying we’ve been unable to find each other. 

Can anyone suggest why?

Thank you for this,
However I had already done this and it tells me I have about 4 friends with Fitbits which I know is not the case and when I click on any of the mediums it says no friends to show when I know of many who have Fitbits and want to connect with me
