Has there been any response about exercise not syncing with fitbit.com when entered in the IOS app? This has seemed to be a problem for months with 100s of complaints. I really don't want to go through the all the posts to get the answer. Anybody know?

@ActiveElla Welcome to the Community and it's great to see you here @trala19! Seems odd that your exercises are not syncing with your Dashboard properly. I'd like you both to make sure that your phones have the most recent app version installed. If so, try setting up your trackers as a new device. Once this has been done, try another exercise as a test and check out if it syncs properly.
Also, let me know how are you guys logging these exercises, manually logging them or using your tracker to track the exercises?

@Shep-michelle Thanks for joining us! I would like you to restart your tracker as advised in Alejandra's post. Once this has been done, try setting up your tracker one more time.
