4th time in2 months that it refuses to sync getting little fed up been 4 days now normally only lasts a couple of days before it syncs again

Hi there @CassieHickman, Welcome aboard to our Community and I'm sorry to hear you are having issues to sync your tracker. @SunsetRunner has provided you a great article to address this type of issues.
