I’d try restarting your Fitbit Tracker. Look here to see how it’s done: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm if the problem persist try logging out of the Fitbit App, turn your Bluetooth off, restart your phone then turn your Bluetooth back on then log back into the Fitbit App and try to sync your Fitbit Tracker.
