Is something going on at fb?? My device is frozen at the blue star, erased all my daily information from app , won’t recognize device, etc….down tracker says no problems….

I’d try restarting your Fitbit Tracker. Look here to see how it’s done: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm if the problem persist try logging out of the Fitbit App, turn your Bluetooth off, restart your phone then turn your Bluetooth back on then log back into the Fitbit App and try to sync your Fitbit Tracker.
