Profile Pictures

Last year, I took a picture on the Fitbit iOS app of me and my friend, and put it on as my profile picture (circle). Then, when I have looked to see if it has saved, it hasn’t, and that picture means a lot to us both. Does anyone know how to save it??

Are you sure it's not been saved.

If I go to the web dashboard at www.fitbit.com and click on my profile picture it takes me to my fitbit profile and I have an option to "view all pictures" I can then view (and save) the photos I have used for my profile picture.

I loaded mine from a desktop rather than the iOS so, of course, this may not work for you.

I don't know if you can help, but I tried to change my picture and it wouldn't let me. It says I don't have premium so can only have 3 pictures. I have one and it won't let me upload more. I had two on my account and had to delete all of them in order to upload a new picture. Now I have only one on my account and it won't let me upload more. 😞

Is this option still available and if so where can I find it? I'm on my profile but I don't see the option to view all photos.
