Profile picture doesn’t show on top left corner

My profile pic on the too left section of my phone app has been replaced with a wheel type symbol. I log out, reboot and log back in And it still isn’t there. If I log out then back in, it is there until I leave the app and then pull it back up on my phone (without logging out). Help

Hello @nancy1965   My husband's app has the same issue.  Mine is normal.  This is very weird, because we have identical phones and both have Fitbit app v 3.52.1.  He just showed me.  Unfortunately, he had to leave for work.  I'll try every trick I know when he gets home.  My usual recommendation when your steps don't work is to:

• Delete the Fitbit app
• Restart your phone
• Re-download the Fitbit app, then log back in

What is in the lower right of your screen?  Mine has the gold Premium icon, because I have Premium.  His used to have the Premium icon.  Now it is a gray generic avatar, but not Fitbit's generic avatar.  He never uploaded a profile picture.  When I tapped on it, it went to his profile page.

@nancy1965   I just got the chance to troubleshoot my husband’s app using the steps I listed above.  All fixed.
