Started yesterday. I have to keep turning on screen wake settings to “button only” and it keeps turning off by itself. So frustrating.

When will it be sorted? agree with alicat2. Also not good for the battery, already had to buy a new Fitbit as the last battery stopped holding its charge.

@Gavinll  This is a really weird issue, because it happening to users of all four current devices.  I have a few suggestions to help preserve battery in the meantime:

  • You don't say what model your wear, but look for a brightness setting and set it to Dim
  • Fitbits have a Sleep Mode schedule.  You might not use this because you use button only.  Sleep mode sets it to button only, the brightness to Dim, but also mutes all Notifications.  We all hope this is fixed soon, but this will keep your Fitbit from turning on when you roll over in your sleep.
  • Consider uninstalling the SpO2 if this information isn't important
