So for a week now my RHR is showing only 65 with my charge 4. The app does not change the value at all and I had no problems before so plz do not tell me to check if i am positioning the device correctly as some suggested to others with similar problem. I also did a research and done the following which did not fix the issue:
Restarted the tracker.
Restarted the phone.
Deleted the app and re-installed it
I am out of options at this point.
