Siri doesn't read Today screen

Siri, on my iPhone 8 Plus, used to read the entire "Today" page from my Inspire. After an iPhone IOS upgrade, it would only read steps, calories, and miles. Now, in iPhone IOS 14.8 and 15.1, Siri only reads the word "Today" at the top of the screen. I would like to have Siri read the entire "Today" screen again. Do you have any solutions?
