Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Hutchp. It's great to have you here. I would recommend making sure that you have set your stride length by following @Michael's instructions. If so, it could be a good idea performing a restart to your Fitbit Charge HR as @SunsetRunner stated here. Hope this helps.
